ACCESSIBILITY ROADMAP 2026–2030

INTRODUCTION

Accessibility is not a one-time project; it is an ongoing commitment. This Accessibility Roadmap sets out what Pantera Digital intends to do between 2026 and 2030 to improve the accessibility of our website, our services, and the experience we offer to clients, candidates, and colleagues with disabilities.

Publishing a multi-year accessibility roadmap is not required by Serbian law for private companies. We publish this document voluntarily because it gives our stakeholders visibility into our direction and because it helps us hold ourselves accountable over time. It should be read together with our Accessibility Policy, which describes our current commitments and conformance status.

STANDARDS WE FOLLOW

Our target conformance level is Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). For services delivered to clients in the European Union, we voluntarily align with the harmonised European standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1, and we monitor the obligations introduced by the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), which took effect on 28 June 2025.

Pantera Digital is registered in the Republic of Serbia and is not directly bound by the European Accessibility Act, but many of our customers are. Aligning with these standards helps us serve them well today and positions us for any future Serbian implementing rules that may follow from Serbia's EU harmonisation process.

PROGRESS TO DATE

The work we have completed so far establishes the foundation the rest of this roadmap builds on:

• Published an accessibility statement on our website that documents our conformance target, known limitations, and feedback channels.
• Established a single accessibility contact (accessibility@pantera-digital.com) so that users and colleagues can raise issues directly.
• Completed an initial self-assessment of the public website against WCAG 2.1 Level AA and logged the known gaps.
• Began accessibility awareness sessions for the teams that produce and maintain customer-facing content.

NEAR-TERM GOALS (2026)

Over the next twelve months, we plan to:

• Commission a formal third-party accessibility audit of the public website and act on its findings.
• Remediate the known limitations listed in our accessibility statement, with priority on legacy PDF documents and third-party embedded content.
• Add accessibility criteria to our procurement checklists for new software and supplier components.
• Extend accessibility training to all content creators, designers, and engineers who touch customer-facing surfaces.
• Publish a short accessibility guide for authors to help them produce content that is accessible by default.

MEDIUM-TERM GOALS (2027–2028)

Over the following two years, we plan to:

• Achieve and maintain WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance across all public customer-facing properties.
• Establish an internal accessible design system with components pre-tested for keyboard navigation, colour contrast, and screen-reader support.
• Integrate automated accessibility testing into our continuous integration pipeline so that new regressions are caught before deployment.
• Introduce structured user research with people with disabilities to validate that our design choices work in practice, not only on paper.
• Review our premises for physical accessibility and act on any shortcomings identified.

LONG-TERM GOALS (2029–2030)

Looking further out, our aim is to move from compliance to sustained excellence:

• Operate continuous accessibility monitoring rather than periodic audits, so issues surface quickly and are fixed in near-real-time.
• Reassess our conformance target against the prevailing standard at that time (for example, WCAG 2.2 or a later version) and raise our baseline accordingly.
• Track and, where applicable, adopt any Serbian implementing regulations that follow from Serbia's harmonisation with EU accessibility rules.
• Establish a standing user feedback loop — advisory input, usability testing, and a clear path from reported barriers to fixes.
• Report publicly, at least annually, on progress against this roadmap.

GOVERNANCE AND REVIEW

This roadmap is owned by the Accessibility Lead, reviewed by Pantera Digital's leadership team, and updated at least once a year or whenever there is a material change to our website, services, or accessibility approach. Updated versions will be posted to this page, and material changes will be dated in the revision note below.
