Pantera Digital believes that digital products and services should be usable by everyone. We design, build, and operate our website with the goal of enabling equal access for people with disabilities, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility — not a one-time project.
We aim to remove barriers in our content, interfaces, and operations so that visitors, clients, and colleagues can use our services with dignity and independence.
This statement applies to the Pantera Digital website available at pantera-digital.com and to the digital services we deliver through that domain. Third-party content embedded on our site — for example social media feeds, hosted video, or partner widgets — falls outside our direct control, but we work with our vendors to ensure their components meet comparable standards.
Our conformance target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). For services delivered to clients in the European Union, we voluntarily align with the harmonised European standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1 and with the accessibility requirements introduced by the European Accessibility Act — Directive (EU) 2019/882, which took effect on 28 June 2025.
Pantera Digital is not domiciled in an EU Member State, but we adopt these standards because many of our customers operate under them and because they represent current good practice for accessible digital services.
Pantera Digital is registered in the Republic of Serbia, and our operations are subject to Serbian anti-discrimination law, including:
While Serbian law does not yet prescribe a specific technical standard for private-sector websites, we read its general non-discrimination obligations as requiring reasonable efforts to ensure our services are usable by people with disabilities. WCAG 2.1 AA is the technical standard we have chosen to meet that duty.
We consider our website to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the standard. Known limitations include:
If you encounter a barrier that is not listed above, we would like to hear from you — see "Feedback, Complaints and Contact" below.
On request, and at no additional cost, Pantera Digital will provide the information on this website in an alternative accessible format — for example a text-only version, a larger-print copy, or a format compatible with screen readers. We will work with the person making the request to choose a format that meets their needs, and we aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe (typically 15 working days).
If a particular piece of content cannot be converted, we will explain why and offer a summary of the information in an alternative form.
Pantera Digital does not discriminate on the basis of disability in any stage of employment, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, performance review, career development, promotion, or return to work. Candidates and employees may request reasonable accommodation at any stage by contacting our People team, and we will consult individually to identify a suitable arrangement.
Where job-related information is generally available to colleagues, we will provide it in an accessible format on request to employees with disabilities.
We are committed to maintaining our offices in a way that is accessible to visitors, clients, and staff with disabilities, and to designing any renovations or new space with barrier-free access in mind. Where a feature of the premises is temporarily out of service, we will, where possible, offer an alternative route or arrangement and post notice at the affected location.
Visitors, clients, and employees may use their own assistive devices — including mobility aids, hearing aids, magnifiers, augmentative communication devices, and personal software — when using our services or visiting our premises. Where a particular device cannot safely be used in a specific environment, we will discuss alternative ways to provide the same service.
A person with a disability who is accompanied by another person providing support — for example with communication, mobility, or personal care — is welcome on our premises. The accompanying person is not required to disclose the nature of the assistance being provided.
Trained assistance animals are welcome in all areas of our premises open to the public, subject to any restrictions imposed by health and safety law (for example in areas where food is prepared). Where an assistance animal cannot be admitted, we will explain the reason and work with the person to find an alternative way to access our services.
If a feature of our website or of our premises that supports accessibility is temporarily unavailable — for example a scheduled maintenance of an accessible portal, or a building lift out of service — we will aim to post a notice at the affected location or page. The notice will, where possible, state the reason for the interruption, its expected duration, and any alternative way to access the service.
Colleagues whose work involves developing, delivering, or supporting our services receive training on inclusive communication and on the accessibility considerations relevant to their role. The content and depth of the training is proportionate to the role, and it is refreshed as our policies, tools, or standards change.
We welcome comments, questions, and complaints about the accessibility of our website and services. If you experience a barrier, or if you would like to request information in an accessible format, please contact us:
